Prem Chand is the chief architect of Sorokasoft which was established in 1998 by a team of professionals. By nature an entrepreneur, Prem Chand has been the propelling force behind Sorokasoft’s focus and direction. In 2004, Prem Chand set up an embedded systems company Acon Embedded Limited in association with a business accomplice. ESSENCE (Empowerment Society for Skills Enhancement), a non-profit body was founded by Prem Chand in 2008.

He is also associated with numerous private and government educational institutes.

Prem Chand graduated in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 1983-87. Thereafter, while studying M. Tech in Computer Science from Hyderabad Central University he joined Bharat Electronics Limited in Bangalore in 1988. He worked in BEL (a leading Government of India enterprise) Bangalore till 1992 and subsequently in Hyderabad till 1988, before starting his business venture Sorokasoft.

Sreedhar Reddy, a Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and professional, has played a vital role in setting up this company. Previously he was associated with SUCHINFO (presently Infronics) and APTECH. From 1998 to 2000 he was the Managing Director of Sorokasoft, and now looks after Customer Relationship Management functions. Sreedhar Reddy is the owner of Lanar Realtors, a real estate firm and also the President of National Association of Realtors India. He holds key responsibilities in different realtor associations at both national and state levels.

Prabhakar Reddy is a domain expert in wireless technologies. Before joining Sorokasoft in 1998 he was with Bharat Electronics from 1988-95 and with ET &T Corporation from 1982-88.

Venkata Ratnam is also a domain expert looking after company finances. He is a retired Central Government Officer from Customs and Central Excise Department.
